rtext 2.0.0 beta, on Windows 7 (64Bit)
Edit / Options / Text Area / Highlight Current Line
click on the colour button to change the colour
then click on More Colours
then click the RGB tab.
I can now edit the values for Red, Green, Blue, and also the value for the Alpha Channel. These four changes are reflected correctly in the text pane after clicking "Apply".
However, when I exit rtext, and restart it, only my settings of the Red, Green and Blue value are kept, but the value of the Alpha Channel is always restored to 255.
This is unfortunate, because lower values for the Alpha Channel make the text in the highlighted line much easier to read, especially when syntax highlighting is in effect, whereit is difficult to find a highlight colour which works equally well with all possible syntax colours.
