Are you asking for the ability to add your own words to search for in the Task List, above and beyond "FIXME" and "TODO"? This should be pretty straightforward to do.

Ahh, I see you've already added a Feature Request for this, just what I was about to ask for! I'll see if I can get it into the ext release.
