Is there some reason that the ParameterizedCompletionInsertionInfo class is not public? It makes it impossible to implement my own ParameterizedCompletion class.

This was an oversight. Out of curiosity, what can you not accomplish with the existing FunctionCompletion and TemplateCompletion implementations?
