I work a lot with HL7 (Health Level 7) messages, so it would be really great if there was language support for it. Since I'll need it sometime in the near future I'll probably end up coding my own, so I'll share if/when that happens. It's not a programming language, but rather a data structure. Here's an example of one:

plain code:

PID|1|1001|1001^5^M11^ADT1^MR^SHM~123456789^^^USSSA^SS||OHALLAHAN^COLLEEN^^||19850704|F||2106-3|1200 N ELM STREET^^NEWPORT BEACH^CA^92660-1020^US^H|OC|(949) 555-1234|(949) 555-5678||S||PATID1001^2^M10^ADT1^AN^A|123456789|U1234567^CA|

First of all, thanks a lot for this excellent job. We use your libs in the OrbisGIS.org project to support autocompletion in a SQL console. Some videos here : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggfoQ3IsIWY&feature=plcp.

We are interesting about a beanshell language support. Currently we use the java Language but a feature is required by our users.

Object toto = new Object();

toto. (display method).

Is this feature planed for JAVA language and is beanshell in the road map. It will be very cool because beanshell has been reactivated by the community (http://code.google.com/p/beanshell2/)

Best regards.

Not sure if this poll is still active, but I would LOVE first class support for Beanshell, as opposed to simply using Java and getting halfway there. That is, I would love first class support for Beanshell AutoComplete and RSTALanguageSupport.

I vote for iRules. Which is really close to TCL.

In fact I'll just give you my code when I get the details of my custom tokenMaker worked out.

I second the vote for PL/SQL and I'd like to add T-SQL on top of that! :-)
