Solved with 1.5. Thx again for this nice piece of software.

Okay, thanks for the information. Doesn't happen for me in XP and Vista, unfortunately I don't have a Win7 box to test on. Hopefully the issue isn't prevalent there! Nobody else has reported it but you, for what that's worth... I'll be getting a new work machine with Windows 7 soon; I'll be sure to test it out there.

Dear Robert,

By coincidence I could see that the windows resize issue does not exist on Windows XP. Since I do most of my work on Windows 7, I think I shall live with it until a next version pops up.

Dear Robert,

Java 1.6.0_22 b04 is the currently installed version . I searched a little but could not find someone else reporting this problem in Windows 7 with AWT. I guess my local settings are to blame ... Thx anyways.

Very strange. I can't reproduce it here (on Vista). I also don't handle that resize event myself, it's done by AWT. Are you using the latest JDK (1.6.0_22 I believe)?

Looks like you got the domain wrong ("filesoft" instead of "fifesoft").

Dear Robert,

Sorry for the confusion : the autohide option is for the Windows menu, operating system is Windows 7. I sent you the pic by separate mail.

With best wishes,
Wim

Now I'm unfortunately even more confused - where is the "autohide" option in RText?

Can you send a screenshot to robert -at- thisdomain . com (replacing "thisdomain" with fifesoft)? Also, what OS are you using?
