I downloaded the ZIP from sourceforge and as far as I can remember tried to combine it with the RSyntaxTextArea source distribution, which did not work out.

Therefore it seems to be mainly a problem of which downloads to combine in order to get a running environment.

Hmm, I see that the Ant build script for RSyntaxTextAreaDemo was not including img/bookmark.png when it generated the source zip file, so I've fixed that. However, it appeared to be including the *Example.txt files. The theme XML files should be part of the RSyntaxTextArea source distribution, and get packaged in the demo jar (they're not included in the main rsyntaxtextarea.jar since not all consumers would be interested in those specific themes). Can you tell me exactly what example you're referring to, and where you're getting it from?

CExample.txt (& other source files)

missing in the source for the sample?
